xs27 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the xs27 platform and all its services. When you create an account on xs27, access it, or use any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

xs27 operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between xs27 and the user.

In addition to these Terms, xs27's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. Those documents are considered part of this agreement.

To use xs27's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (for those aged 21 and above only).
• You must be a legal resident or citizen of Bangladesh.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on xs27, accurate and complete information must be provided. Each individual may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — such as name, national ID number, mobile number, and payment details — must be truthful and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure at any time and forfeiture of any funds earned.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details secure. Passwords must not be shared with anyone. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the xs27 support team immediately.

3.4 Account Verification

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, xs27 may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-approved documents. Withdrawal access may be limited until this process is completed.

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on xs27 is ৳500. This applies to all payment methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount from xs27 is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are supported on xs27:

• Nagad — Postal department mobile banking
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile service

4.4 Processing Times

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Withdrawal requests are processed within 10–45 minutes. However, the banking system's own processing times may also apply.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

To access withdrawals, account verification must be complete and applicable wagering requirements must be met. xs27 may request additional verification for unusual transactions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

xs27 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳16,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳31,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.

Applicable wagering multiplier: 10x on the bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered from bonus funds before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer will have a specific validity period where applicable — unused bonuses will expire at the end of that period.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed from multiple accounts.
• xs27 reserves the right to change the terms of its bonus program.
• A bonus may only be used in the game category for which it was offered.
• xs27 may at any time correct or cancel any bonus received as a result of a system error.

5.4 VIP Program

The xs27 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. The exact cashback calculation is determined in accordance with xs27's cashback rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

xs27 considers each bet valid only after confirmation is received. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Sports Betting

xs27's own rules apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. xs27's decision is final in the announcement of results for any sporting event.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games — slots, live casino, fishing games, and others — are operated according to the rules of their respective game providers. xs27 does not interfere with game outcomes — all results are determined by independent Random Number Generators (RNG).

6.4 Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs during a game, xs27 will calculate results up to the last successfully completed round. xs27 will not be responsible for issues caused by internet disconnection.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xs27 platform:

7.1 Fraud and Deception

• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Claiming bonuses by providing false information
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• One individual operating multiple accounts

7.2 Illegal Activities

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
• Depositing funds from illegal sources
• Gaining unauthorized access to another person's account

7.3 Other Prohibited Activities

• Using bots or automated software to play games
• Using a VPN or proxy server to access the platform from a restricted region
• Conducting cyber attacks against the platform
• Misconduct or harassment toward xs27 staff

8.1 xs27's Rights

xs27 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found
• If fraudulent activity is suspected
• Due to legal obligations
• In cases of prolonged inactivity (according to the specified time limit)

8.2 User Rights

You may close your own account at any time by notifying the xs27 support team. Any outstanding balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 Right of Appeal

A user may appeal against an account closure decision by contacting [email protected]. xs27 will review all appeals fairly.

xs27 always strives to provide a safe and reliable service. However, xs27's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues
• Issues caused by third-party services (payment gateways, game providers)
• Temporary service disruption due to unexpected technical failures
• Loss resulting from the user's own carelessness or poor decisions

xs27 applies SSL encryption and other modern security measures to keep users' information and funds safe. However, users are advised to remain aware of the inherent risks of online platforms.
